I used a 26cm diameter tart dish.
INGREDIENTS
400g fresh strawberries
FOR BATTER
30g or 2 tbsp granulated sugar
3 large or more, eggs
100ml fresh, whole milk
100ml oil
1 tsp vanilla extract or essence
7-8 tbsp cake flour or any
1 tsp baking powder
1/8-1/4 tsp salt
FOR COTTAGE OR RICOTTA CHEESE FILLING
250g cheese, either one
2-3 tbsp powdered or icing sugar (+ more for dusting -optional)
2 tbsp sour cream or double cream plain yoghurt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract or essence
