– 2 cups all-purpose flour (265g)
– 1 cup sugar (200g)
– ½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick, softened)
– 4 medium eggs
– 1 cup whole milk
– 1 tbsp oil (12g)
– 2 tsp vanilla extract
– 2 ½ tsp baking powder (8g)
– ½ tsp salt (3g)
– Dark chocolate chips (for topping)

👉 Mix wet and dry separately, combine, pour into a greased pan, top with chocolate chips, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 30–35 mins.
