今回は『丸ごとオレンジゼリー』の作り方をご紹介します。材料4つで簡単に作れる、果汁たっぷりの冷んやりスイーツです！混ぜて冷やすだけなので手軽に作れて、オレンジの爽やかな味わいをしっかり楽しめます。見た目もかわいく、おやつやデザートにもぴったりです。ぜひ作ってみてください。

Today, I’ll be showing you how to make “Whole Orange Jelly.” It’s a refreshing, juicy dessert that’s easy to make with just four ingredients! It’s quick and easy to make—just mix and chill—and you can really enjoy the refreshing taste of oranges. It’s also cute to look at, making it perfect for a snack or dessert. Please give it a try!

■材料（2個分）
・オレンジ 2個
・オレンジジュース 120ml
・グラニュー糖 大さじ1
・粉ゼラチン 5g
・お湯 30ml

■作り方
1.オレンジのヘタの方を1.5〜2cmほど切り落とし、中身をくり抜く。
2.実を潰し、果汁を絞る。
3.300mlになるように、足りない分をオレンジジュースで補充しグラニュー糖を加え混ぜる。
4.ゼラチンにお湯を加え溶かす。
5.ゼラチンに果汁を少し加えて混ぜ、果汁に戻入れ混ぜる。
6.①のオレンジの容器に流し入れ冷蔵庫で冷やし固め完成。

■ingredients
・2 Oranges
・120ml Orange juice
・1 tbsp Granulated sugar
・5g Powdered gelatin
・30ml Hot water

■Instructions
1. Cut off about 1.5-2 cm from the stem end of the orange and scoop out the pulp.
2. Mash the pulp and squeeze out the juice.
3. Add orange juice to make 300 ml, and add granulated sugar and mix.
4. Dissolve the gelatin in hot water.
5. Add a little of the juice to the gelatin and mix, then return it to the juice and mix again.
6. Pour the mixture into the orange container from step ① and refrigerate until set.
